The workplace watchdog is taking a Defence Force
contractor to court for allegedly trying to force two employees onto
Australian Workplace Agreements.
The Ombudsman alleges the two young women were working at the
Australian Defence Force College mess when Serco Sedexho pressured them
to sign AWAs, with one of the workers believing she would lose her job
unless she signed the agreement.
The company faces court next month.
